Weasels/Minks

Weasels of Southern New England

Here in southern New England we have the  ermine (aka short-tailed weasel/stoat), long-tailed weasel, pine marten, mink, fisher and river otter

What's the difference between a weasel and a mink?

Minks and weasels are related, and both belong to the mustelid  family. An easy way to tell the difference is,  minks are slightly larger and they also have a small patch of white along their chin and throat.

What do they do?

Most of the issue related calls that we get on weasels are related to chicken predation. We have many ways to help you solve this problem! Call today!
