Weep vents are necessary and should never be enclosed. They are placed in brick walls with the purpose of allowing moisture to vent out. There is a gap behind brick-veneer structures that separates the brick from the dry wall. This gap is how rodents enter your house through weep vents, and into your walls. We preform full house exclusions that will fix this problem, using products such as Retrofit Weep Hole Covers™ or Xcluder™.
